COVID-19 Public Health Action Webinar: Mental Wellness: Tips & Strategies for Surviving and Thriving

With the rapid changes regarding COVID-19, it can be difficult to stay up to date with all that is happening in our islands. The Hawai‘i Public Health Institute (HIPHI) will be offering a series of webinars on the impact of COVID-19 on our communities.

Our webinar will focus on providing self-care tips, mental health strategies, and resources for community members. It will discuss how to help our most vulnerable, who may have pre-existing mental health challenges, that need additional support. Join us for a conversation on staying mentally well during this challenging time.

The April 8th Presenter will be Mestisa Gass, PsyD. Program Director, Mental Health of America.
